Open-cell high density foam, 4mm thick, density 120 kg / m3

Open-cell “filter” foam, 8mm thick, density 100 kg / m3.
Total height of the finished pad 13 / 14mm in total.
The structure of the F9 shorts is made up of four different fabrics, with each panel designed to make the most of every movement. Elastane, Polyester, Nylon, and Polyamide are used in different percentages on each panel to enhance the compression, movement and lightness.
CARBON FIBER
The use of a yarn with unique technical characteristics created by mixing textile with carbon fibers improves thermoregulation and also helps to discharge the electrostatic accumulated by the body during exercise.
The contact area of the shorts has a reinforced material for greater resistance to wear and tear caused by friction.
MESH INSERTS
The mesh insert positioned on the rear of the shorts improves breathability and reduces weight.
The band at the bottom of the leg is equipped with silicone inserts to keep the shorts in the perfect position at all times
SEAMS WITH REDUCED THICKNESS
The seams of the shorts are all triple stitched, with a seam of just 5mm. This makes the shorts durable without excess material
High visibility reflective logo and prints to increase road safety.
UPF 50+ UV PROTECTION
The high density of the material used makes the entire jersey protective against UV rays.
The entire production process takes place in Italy and is managed by a skilled team of craftsmen.
